The 2013 Jaguar XFR has the Meridian 825-Watt Surround Sound system, an option that's available for other Jaguar XF cars.

TFT instrument display: The instrument cluster uses full-color Thin Film Transistor (TFT) center display to display information in high contrast and sharp resolution graphics. Information includes fuel gauge, entertainment and a trip computer for those opting for the navigation package.

Steering wheel: The leather steering wheel contains controls for cruise control and the available InteractiveVoice feature. These finger-tip controls let you manage audio to change sound levels and switch CD tracks, radio stations or selections on an iPod or MP3 digital music player.

Interior lighting: The soft and cool phosphor blue halo illumination highlights JaguarDrive Selector, the switches, electronic parking brake and instrument panel, Start/Stop button, the center and upper consoles and the front door releases.

Seating: Depending on the XF model, a selection of leathers and wood veneers is available. Jaguar XF models offer a range of seating designs and colors for personalizing. Heated front seats, active ventilated heated and cooled front seats are standard on XF Supercharged and XFR and optional on other XF models.

Design: Slim headlights, simplified front fenders with side power vents and a power-bulge hood sculpted for optimal aerodynamics create the dynamic look for the Jaguar XF.

Headlights: Standard bi-function HID xenon headlights are available with Adaptive Technology that controls the beam to turn in the direction of the steering. The Intelligent High Beam option automatically switches between low- and high-beam to based on oncoming traffic. Headlight washers are standard on all models.

All Jaguar XF models contain safety systems for improving driver control and stability. These feature Anti-lock brakes (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Emergency Brake Assist, Dynamic Stability Control, Traction control, Cornering Brake Control and Engine Drag Torque Control.

Seat belts: Front seatbelts feature technology to soften the contact with the airbag and pre-tensions in the seatbelt to help reduce slack.

Airbags: Driver and passenger front airbag Supplemental Restraint Systems (SRS), side curtain airbags and side airbags in the outer edges of the front seats. Airbags use sensors to personalize deployment based on the size and weight of the driver and front passenger.

Automatic Speed Limiter: This lets you choose the maximum speed and it works with cruise control.

Head restraints: In the event of a collision, anti-whiplash front head restraints move forward to help reduce whiplash-type injuries.

Blind spot monitor: The system detects vehicles alongside that may not be visible in the mirror and displays an amber warning icon in the driver or passenger exterior rearview mirror.

Braking: Each wheel has large, ventilated disc brakes to supply the car with a powerful stopping capability that complements the vehicle's acceleration. The XF Supercharged and XFR include Jaguar High-Performance Braking System with larger disc-brake rotors and twin-piston front calipers.
